Behind a login or paywall? The API captures publicly reachable URLs. To preserve a page that needs your own sign-in, use the ProofSnap Chrome extension; it captures from your own logged-in browser session.

Add eIDAS qualified timestamp

Tools

Certify a file

Your file never leaves your device. We compute its SHA-256 in your browser and send only the hash. What you download is a certificate and a signed, timestamped manifest recording each file's SHA-256. It does not contain your files, only their fingerprints, so keep your originals. To verify a file later, recompute its SHA-256 and match it to the record.

Drop files here or click to select Add one file, or several to certify them together in one package.

Developers

Quick start

API documentation

Create a key below, then send your first capture:

API keys

Lost a key? Keys are shown only once, revoke it and create a new one.

Automated captures

Scheduled captures count toward your monthly quota. Once you pass your included allowance, each further capture is billed as overage.

Mode Cadence Cron expression Timezone (optional)

IANA name. Sets when cron schedules run; defaults to UTC.

Monitoring runs a lightweight probe each cycle; capture options apply to the full capture taken when a change is detected.

Redaction

Produce a court-ready redacted copy of a capture. Auto-detect and remove personal data, black out screenshot areas, strip sensitive metadata, then review and re-seal. The original capture stays untouched.

Source capture

Redact

Reason

Scans the captured page text for emails, national IDs, IBANs, phone numbers, IP addresses and card numbers. Check the values you want removed.

Screenshot areas

Drag across the screenshot to draw a black box over anything you want removed. Add as many boxes as you need.

Text redactions

Metadata redactions

Removes these fields from metadata.json only. If the same value also appears in the page HTML or network log, add it as text to remove too.
